My name is Sara Lupi, I am an Event Planner and this is my event agency. My career began over twenty years ago in the world of entertainment, as a singer and performer: I have performed on stages in Italy and abroad, turning my passion into a profession that has given me extraordinary emotions and a deep knowledge of the world of entertainment.
In 2014, with the arrival of my son, I felt the need to give my career a new direction, looking for something more stable but still linked to creativity and contact with people.
So I decided to put my artistic skills and entrepreneurial spirit to good use by founding Sara Lupi Events.
I started out curating music programming for clubs, collaborating with venues in Milan and across Italy. At the same time, I took my first steps in organizing private events, particularly wedding entertainment, a passion I have always had.
Attending the most important trade fairs in the sector and receiving my first awards gave me the push I needed to grow, step by step, and invest more and more in this project.
Over time, the business has expanded to include not only weddings but also shows, corporate events, team building, and tailor-made experiences. Each project is born from listening and takes shape with care, creativity, and attention to detail. We love transforming ideas into special moments that truly reflect those who experience them.
Over the years, I have built a solid network of collaborations with excellent suppliers: artists, photographers, caterers, set designers, and venues who share my common goal of offering the utmost in terms of quality, professionalism, and hospitality.
Organizing an event means activating a machine made up of people, energy, and passion, where everyone puts their skills at the service of a shared result: the perfect success of the event.
